Tuition: $1850 ($350 deposit due at sign-up)

For only $925 a week, campers receive a room in the Willamette University dorms, three hearty meals a day from the Willamette University cafeteria, six or more hours of dedicated arts instruction a day, plus the opportunity to be part of a community that has existed for over fifty years.

Registrations prior to April 1 will require a $350 non-refundable and non-transferable deposit. Tuition must be paid in full by April 1, 2020. If registering after April 1, the full balance is due at the time of registration. If payments are not received by the date due, there is a $75 late fee and YMA holds the right to cancel the registration.

Please register as early as possible. Students will be registered on a first-come, first-served basis. YMA's most popular programs may fill up well in advance of camp.

Installment Plans

Installment plans will be available for the $1500 balance remaining after the initial $350 deposit. Info is available when you register, or by contacting us at 503-281-9528 or galen@ymainc.org.

Financial Aid

YMA welcomes families needing assistance to apply for financial aid. If you are applying for Financial Aid, send the aid application materials in BEFORE registering so you don't have to pay a deposit upfront.


YMA offers a number of discounts that will be automatically applied when you register. Please note that discounts may not be combined. One discount per camper. The best discount will be applied.   • Sibling discount

    • For each new sibling to sign up with a returning sibling, the new sibling will receive a $200 discount.

    • If all siblings are returning, the family will receive a $100 discount for each additional sibling beyond the first. (Example, 2 returning siblings = $100 family discount. 3 returning siblings = $200 family discount)

  • Sign a camper up for both sessions and receive a $300 discount.

  • Discounts cannot be combined. The best available discount will be applied to your tuition.
